Poster Presentation
Posters from the universities will be displayed by the Students and Researchers working on the subject related field. A space is reserved for poster sessions where student/researchers accompany a poster illustrating their methods and outcomes.
Artefacts Exhibition
Throughout the conference, an exhibition on artefacts is planned in partnership with State Archaeology, Archaeological Survey of India and Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The exhibition will house the artefacts discovered from the excavation sites at Vadnagar.
The Exhibition will display the range of artefacts discovered from the archaeological excavation at Vadnagar such as coins, stamp, ivory seal, pendants, beads as well as antiquities from monastery site and many more.
MoU with Academic institutes/ Universities for research on findings at Vadnagar
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed with the universities and Institutes as a way forward to the conference. It will be Collaborative effort with Academic institutes for historical research, condition assessment, study of Archaeological findings at Vadnagar and other state protected monuments.
Site Visit to Vadnagar
Site visit to Vadnagar is planned for the speakers and delegates on the last day of the conference. This will include visit to Archaeological Excavation Site along with the other historic places in Vadnagar.
Vadnagar Charter on Heritage Tourism
The drafting of the Vadnagar Charter for Heritage Tourism will be an outcome from the conference
Conference Compendium
Abstract received from the speakers will be reviewed and published in the form of compendium of conference proceedings.
